- Hi, my name is Jacqui and I live on a small farm in Southwest Alabama, with my husband and a multitude of different animals on any given day. We take in rescue pups until they can find their "furever" home. I have a variety of interests. I am an instructor for the eLearning professional development program for educators sponsored by the ALSDE, Troy University, and ATIM (Alabama Technology in Motion). I am also a BBQ judge. I'm certified by KCB (Kansas City BBQ Judge), and MBN (Memphis BBQ Network) certification. This spring I hope my husband and I will be certified judges for steak cookoffs (SCA). We love steak so this will be a perfect match.
